I have a few years of programming experience, and I am looking to make my own extension for Google Forms to adjust settings based on data collected by the form(s) in Google Sheets. More specifically, I have two forms, one for Check-in, and the other for Check-out, that are connected to the same Google Sheet. The life can be a lot easier with the help of the time log templates. It is a sort of sheet, which helps in keeping track of the time. For example, when a person goes to an event sometimes he or she has to sign in and when leaving the event, they have to sign out. The time log sheets work like that sign-in and sign-out sheets. Similar to hours, you can use a time array formula to increment minutes too in Google Sheets. Just enter 08:00:00 am in cell A1. In cell A2, use the below array formula to expand the time up to 5 pm in 30 minutes increments. Here’s how you can set up an online sign up sheet: First you’ll need to sign into your Google account. Next, click on “Drive.” The screen you see will look something like this: Next you’ll click on the orange “CREATE” button and select the type of document you want to create.

This Team Snack Schedule sign up form is designed for youth sporting events where the parents help out by providing half-time and post-game snacks and drinks.

The snack schedule lists some suggestions for both half-time and post-game snacks. If any of your team members have food allergies, make sure to list that so parents know what snacks to avoid. Extra water and drinks can be good for half-time to keep the children hydrated.

This template includes a place for listing the date, time and location of the game. Also check out the Soccer Roster or Basketball Roster templates.
